Litigator Needed for Temp or Temp to Perm - ATLANTA, GA
Legalpeople (formerly known as The Partners Group) is staffing a substantive long-term contract attorney position for a litigation boutique with offices in Buckhead. This position can be a remote position for the most part, but the successful candidate would be required to come in during the trial prep stage this Fall and for occasional meetings.
The firm is looking for a litigator with three plus years of experience in insurance defense, mass tort, class action or other complex litigation. The successful candidate will have excellent research and writing skills. In addition to research and writing, this position will involve research and writing briefs and memos, helping with trial prep, and strategizing with the senior associate and partner on the case.
This position will work under a very collegial and personable Senior Associate at the firm. The hourly rate will be competitive, and the position is an immediate need. This position will go until at least November. The client has also said that the position could go temp to perm for the successful candidate. This assignment does require the successful candidate to be actively licensed and the preference is for a Georgia barred attorney but we will consider candidates barred in other states.
