Our company specializes in helping victims of accidents, workers comp and medical malpractice situations. We are currently looking for an Attorney with personal injury experience in Georgia to be a part of our team. WE CURRENTLY HAVE CASES NATIONWIDE THAT WE NEED ATTORNEYS FOR.

The following is REQUIRED
-Currently in good standing with the State Bar
-Understanding of how to research and find the law (cases and statutes)
-Basic experience in writing briefs, motions, and other pleadings
-Excellent communication, research and writing skills
-Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
-Desire to "take ownership" of files and move them forward towards settlement or trial without cutting corners
-Ability to pay close attention to detail
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handle and manage caseload, including litigation
-Formulate strategy for legal action
-Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses
-Handle depositions, mediation, arbitration and motion work
-Commitment to let our clients know that we care about them as people as well as caring about their case
