POSITION SUMMARY
The Apparel Sales and Marketing Intern will assist in organizing inventory, filling orders, assisting at model calls and photo and video shoots and assists in the execution of the social media marketing plan (tik toks, reels, live try on sessions, FB group moderation and IG post planning). In this role, the Apparel Sales and Marketing Intern will be professional at all times, follow the instructions of the CEO and Marketing Associate and work pleasantly in a team environment,
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Opening wholesale vendor packages
Organizing and labeling inventory
Making calls and running errands for photo and video shoots
Printing shipping labels, weighing packages and filling online orders
Bagging and tagging new inventory
Posting reels, tiktoks and stories on social media
Moderating FB group
Researching influencers and collaborators
Drop packages off at UPS Store or post office or schedule pickups
Answering customer service calls, texts and emails
Assisting with text and email and social media marketing efforts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of sales experience
1+ year of marketing experience
1+ years of social media/digital marketing experience
Self-motivated and team-oriented
Ability to demonstrate professional and cheerful communication skills
Ability to read, write and print English legibly
Ability to use simple math
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to deal with the public in a professional manner
Ability to work in different environmental conditions
Ability to drive, use GPS and run errands in a timely matter
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be interested in fashion, ecommerce or marketing
EDUCATION
High School diploma and 3 years experience
College classes and 1 year experience
Job Type: Part-time (room for growth, promotion and more hours)
Pay: Discount on clothes and college credit hours
4 hours per day (some Saturdays)
