You will TELEMARKET my Medical Malpractice consulting services as a Medical Doctor to Attorneys nationwide who sue medical doctors and hospitals for medical malpractice.
And you will also TELEMARKET my expertise to help these attorneys increase their income on all Personal Injury cases.
Work by telephone from your home, and set any hours you choose.
You are an independent contractor.
For each and every prepaid case they send me to consult on you will immediately receive $200.
This job is COMMISSION ONLY.
I will supply you with a nationwide leads list of 10,200 attorneys, most of whom handle medical malpractice and/or personal injury cases.
Below is my suggested telephone script to use with each call. Based on my attorney email letter that I will send you, you can modify this script.
My leads list of attorneys is alphabetical by all 50 states, and includes their name, telephone number, and email address.
I will email you my three page email letter which lists all my expertise and services for you to learn. And as I note below, you will email this to each office you speak with.
You can call any attorney office in any time zone. I will be available for you to connect them to me by a three-way telephone conference call any day from 11 AM to 8 PM PST (California time which is 2 PM to 11 PM EST). And I will also be available anytime by appointment to speak with attorneys or staff to discuss any case.
Following this script you can say:
May I speak with Attorney (last name)?
I am calling from Dr. Jacobs office.
(They will ask what case in their office is this about?
You will tell them):
Dr. Jacobs specializes in consulting in medical malpractice cases, has personally consulted on 10,000 cases over the past 30 years, and never charges on the telephone, and wants to offer his FREE telephone consultation on any new or existing medical malpractice cases. He will also help you maximize recovery in all your personal injury cases.
(If the attorney is not available ask to speak to their paralegal, or office manager, or the attorney‘s secretary).
(Whomever you speak with, if they want to discuss any case with me, call me by a three-way telephone conference call. If they are not available until later that day or another day, set up a telephone appointment with them and me and yourself. Then you call me with them on the line).

May I email you a detailed letter which documents all of Dr. Jacobs’ services?
- Confirm the best email address to use and their name, and after you email my three page detailed letter which you will have in your computer, call them to confirm that they received it.
And schedule a time later that day or the next day to call them to be sure they read it. And to see if they already gave it to the attorney, or when will they give it to the attorney or paralegal or office manager? And when you call you will answer any questions concerning my consulting services (all of which is described in detail in my three page email letter), and also to have them speak to me by your three-way telephone conference call for my FREE telephone case consultations.
I need to receive a copy of your resume with your telephone number, plus a list of your references, which should include previous employers (if any), family members and friends, all with their telephone numbers.
