Position: SAP CRM Techno-Functional Location: Multiple (willing to travel Atlanta and central locations) Role: Long Term Contract Client: Direct Client Minimum Experience: 8+ Years
NOTE: Job needs travel (Allowances provided for travel)
SAP CRM on premise Techno functional consultant with 5+ years of proven project and customer handling experience. SAP CRM specific skills expected
Organization Management: Maintaining Org structure & determination of org data in transactions.
Account Management: Overview of accounts & business partners, Account classification & hierarchy, Data exchange between CRM & ERP system.
Product Master: Basics, Set Types, attribute, categories, Hierarchy.
Transaction Processing: Control Profiles (Org data, Partner determination, status profile, Date profile, Action profile, Text determination etc.), Item categories & its determination.
Activity Management: Customizing activity & special activity functions.
Pricing: Overview, Pricing procedure & its determination, condition maintenance.
CRM Web Client UI: Business role concept, various profiles included (Navigation Bar profile, technical profile, functional profile, role configuration key).
Well versed with Interaction center functionality, ERMS setup, CIC functionalities.
Well versed with SAP CRM sales, service business process and functionalities
Good experience in operations and support of large IT landscape.
Good explore to SAP CRM Implementation and rollout project life cycle.
CRM Web UI Framework including Component Workbench
Good working knowledge on 1-Order Framework.
ABAP Objects, Workflows, BAPIs, BADIs, Report programming, Data Migration
Additional skill sets required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Good team handling experience, experience in managing team from multiple locations and multiple time zones.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Total IT Work experience of 6-10 years.
Must be having 4 -5 years of SAP CRM implementation/Roll out and operations project experience.
Exposure to SLA driven tasks.
SAP CRM certification is preferred.
Minimum 2 -3 years of domain experience in Sales and marketing or after sales is preferred.
