• Assist with the creation, execution, and coordination of test automation schedules
• Develop and Modify scripts
• Create and Modify manual and automated test cases
• Convert manual test cases to automated test scripts
• Assist with change management as it relates to Quality Assurance
• Setup test sets and run planned test cases
• Ensure planned test cases are executed
• Verify message flow between systems using in-house viewer tools (XML and EMP messages)
• Add/Update defects in testing repository
• Track daily testing progress (pass/fail. downtime, issues, etc.)
• Assist with publishing and distributing Reports/Metrics
• Send out Log Files of any defects to vendors as needed

• Minimum of 4+ years with software quality assurance
• 4+ years test automation framework development experience
• Experience with test tools HP ALM and Ranorex Studio
• Exposure to test tools Tricentis, qTest and Tosca
• Experience developing using scripting languages such as: Python, C#, VB script, Java, Javascript or Jscript
• Experience with SQL
• Experience working with teams to discuss problem analysis, systems defects and requirements
• Experience with requirements analysis, test case creation and execution, data analysis, tracking of defects and reporting of results
• Experience working in a complex multi-vendor environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong teamwork ethic and customer support focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• PTC industry experience
• Knowledge of scripting/programming languages
• Agile and DevOps Testing experience
• Transportation/Logistic Industry experience
• Regulatory Compliance testing experience
