A large service and repair company is looking for a full time customer service representative. We are hiring immediately We are looking for applicants who bring years of customer service experience and have an open schedule including weekends.
Must be able to think clearly and concentrate while working under pressure in order to perform duties without making errors. Previous customer service experience is required.
Experience in Service Titan a huge plus
Must be a team player and enjoy working with great people.

Duties include:
Taking calls from customers and dispatching technicians to job
Obtaining purchase order numbers
General office duties
Handling tough customers
Ability to work days, nights and weekends
40 hours per week
Full health, dental and vision insurance after 90 days employment
