Our Company produces Fashion based shows a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to making great entertainment. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in achieving our goals and enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and handle all tasks with professionalism.
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, clients, or stakeholders.
Manage personal tasks and errands as required, demonstrating reliability and discretion.
Utilize various software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Must be available in the evening for events and travel overseas may also be required.
Having a sense of fashion is a must.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and attention to detail.
