Global trading company is looking for a proactive, efficient, and resourceful individual to join the organization in a vendor management support role. In this role, you will play a key part in the overall client engagement and employee onboarding process.
You will work with Business Stakeholders to drive the hiring process forward while ensuring a seamless all-around onboarding process, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities / Experience:
  • 5 years supporting technology/business managers preferably within a Vendor Management Office.
  • Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is a must.
  • Positive and engaging attitude

Vendor Management Coordination
  • Follow internal process of hiring new consultants via VMS systems.
  • Create/Manager Statement of Work schedules
  • Manager SOW process through completion and get Purchase Orders created and communicated to vendors
  • Participate in internal Audits by supporting Legal, HR, etc.

New Hire Process Coordination
  • Send contracts and onboarding forms.
  • Administer Background and Drug testing; coordinating scheduling of fingerprinting.
  • Follow-up with phone call to gather all required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Field questions about new hire forms, payroll, benefits etc.
  • Gather supporting documents for the background checks, new hire forms, identification, etc
  • Coordinate with clients to facilitate starting details including laptop shipping, VPN access, first day scheduling.
