Experience cold calling
Answering the telephone and making follow-up calls
Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
Preparing real estate forms and documents
Coordinating showings, inspections, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback
Preparing and distributing marketing materials
Preparing and distributing direct mailing
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
Managing a client database
Contacting leads to discuss listings
Administering and following up on contracts via docusign
Aiding in marketing campaigns
Submitting offers on potential investment properties
Provide general administrative support
Previous experience:
Office administration, sales or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
​Strong organizational skills
Strong marketing skills
Real estate license is NOT required
Please email a cover letter explaining why you would be best fit. Position is Part-time for first 60 days, pending a performance review. Will become full time on 61st day.
