E & E Capital Management LLC is looking for 2 of the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Maintenance Technician at a residential apartment community in Atlanta, GA
These salary positions.
$4500 a month for a tech that is licensed in plumbing or very experienced in plumbing in order to be able to complete major repairs. HVAC certification is a plus
$3500 a month for a tech that will mainly focus on turnovers, sheetrock repairs, painting, and general maintenance request.
Responsibilities
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner
Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Management
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and on-call hours
Knowledge in all plumbing (toilets, faucets, and piping repairs)
Requirements
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Possession of tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks
Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships
Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and organization when accomplishing tasks
EPA Certification Required
Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently
Must be honest, courteous and possess cooperative character traits
Must have a valid driver's license, proper automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation.
Must have high-level experience in drywall /sheetrock repairs
