Our client's Enterprise Business Applications group is seeking an energetic and experienced delivery leader for the successful execution of business application projects in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment. Seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ & Billing IT Delivery Director with strong experience in Salesforce CPQ, billing and platform related technologies. This role is responsible for providing overall architecture, strategies and techniques for the CPQ and billing product solutions. Will work closely with Business (Sales Ops and Finance), System Integrators to ensure product solutions support business needs, follow strong architectural principles and serve as a technical & thought leader for CPQ and Billing solutions at NCR. The candidate is expected to have solid experience in implementing new Salesforce CPQ and billing solutions and migrating from legacy CPQ solutions to Salesforce CPQ & billing. Candidate should have a strong understanding of CPQ and billing processes & operations as they apply to subscriptions, perpetual, order orchestration, provisioning & activation, revenue recognition, invoice generation, taxation, and payment processing. The candidate will be customer focused, highly collaborative and constantly seek input to ensure success. The candidate should be ready to get their hands dirty and jump in and troubleshoot/optimize CPQ & Billing configurations
