Requirements
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner and active listening capabilities
Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting lightweight materials during site visits
Prior experience in customer support roles involving client interaction, data collection, or fieldwork is preferred
