· Should have a sound knowledge of Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation
· Should be familiar with typical Incentive Compensation processes
· Candidate should have good understanding with minimum 5 years’ experience in the following:
· Compensation Plans and Plan Components,
· Performance Measures,
· Expressions, Rate Tables,
· Incentive Formula and Earnings,
· Plan Validation, Approval,
· Export, and Import,
· Participant Imports Assignments,
· Import Collection Processing,
· Crediting, Classification,
· Incentive Calculation,
· Payment Plans Processing,
· Reports Analytics,
· Dispute Management
· Minimum 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation with added experience in Oracle Cloud for Release 12 and above 2 Should have the ability to understand the existing application configuration and apply the experience to implement the new requirements related to Incentive Compensation
· Sales performance and compensation administrator dashboards
· Commission and bonus estimator
· Sales credit allocation and hierarchical rollup rules
· Scalable enterprise platform and integration web services
· Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills.
