At SalesLoft, our Salesforce CPQ+ Expert and Senior Administrator is pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Revenue Operations team and will lead generating, scoping, solutioning and executing process and efficiency improvement efforts across revenue-focused systems. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ+, CRM, and connected systems expert. Someone that has a drive to produce positive change, but an eye for detail. You will have a keen eye for opportunities to improve systems and process, and are excited to work cross-functionally to make it happen. You are passionate to build relationships to help others succeed.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for complex Salesforce automation, integrations, and CPQ development and architecture. You need to see the big picture, future state but have a keen eye for details. You must own pursuit of a simplified, lasting architecture to withstand our fast growth. You need to have pride in and passion for the work you do. You need to be able to work with stakeholders throughout the business to gather requirements but have the vision and experience to confidently solution the challenges. SalesLoft's Revenue Operations team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming operational experts who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Revenue Operations team consists of team members that work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Finance, and IT to create systems to more efficiently prospect, forecast, close, onboard, and support customers. Team members conceptualize the strategic priorities for the company, develop plans for execution, execute plans cross-functionally, and operationalize executed strategies for continuous improvement. THE SKILL SET:
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years experience with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Management, Business Process Optimization
Expert knowledge of complex CPQ+ configurations, available features, nuances, and all architecture best practices - ideally, in a SaaS environment
Expertise in dynamic document design and generation
Demonstrated experience leading and developing integrations to ERP and CLM systems
Competence with custom Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
Expertise in the best practices for Salesforce security, architecture, and data integrity
Proficiency leading a user request and CPQ+ delivery roadmap
Experience leading a roadmap through formal methods: intakes, backlogs, prioritization, and planned execution
Self-starting, team player, and focused on personal growth
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL:
Attend SalesLoft's New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our "Lofters" unique
Begin 1:1's with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, and meet & shadow current members of the SalesLoft team
Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
Meet key partners in Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, Executives, etc. - they will be key relationships for you
Become familiar with our CRM and CPQ+ through training, self-study, and shadowing - security settings, installed packages, provisioning/deprovisioning processes, key custom objects/fields, and user interaction with the system
Learn to handle most tier 1 system support requests
Map out consolidation of Profiles and migration to Permission Set Groups
Document and present the high level architecture of our CPQ+
Gain a deep understanding of administering the SalesLoft platform and client profiles to better understand the price book
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL:
Develop a strong understanding of SalesLoft's custom Salesforce profiles, roles, record types, workflow rules, flows, process builders, triggers, product catalog, pricing models, approval configurations, etc
Manage CPQ+ support requests and development backlog: meeting with stakeholders to develop business challenges, quantifiable value, solution requirements, and prioritization recommendation
Learn to handle most Tier 2 & 3 system support requests, with the ability to handle all Tier 1 requests
Have a documented understanding of all Salesforce connected systems
Become SalesLoft Admin certified
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL:
Become the lead Deal Desk technical expert for CPQ quotes, pricing, approvals, output documents, and integration to Netsuite billing
Lead CPQ related architecture change intake, prioritization, requirements gathering and roadmap
Own any custom integrations, the new integration approval process, and release management
Work side-by-side with the Salesforce Solutions Architect in peer and architecture reviews eliminate tech debt and deliver leading-edge innovation
Own data integrity in managed Revenue Systems - providing proactive weekly user experience and data accuracy enhancements
Have the ability to handle all system support requests
Continue to focus on your OKRs
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL:
Own all Salesforce integrations and CPQ+ development roadmaps
Become the SME for anyone trying to understand architecture and strategic business drivers behind any part of our Salesforce ecosystem
Own the entire Quote to Cash Process at SalesLoft and quickly, accurately deliver the technical needs for pricing, packaging, and product adjustment
Be a trusted expert resource for direction and recommendations based on business challenges
Develop strategic project plans, influence, and execution for the Salesforce roadmap
Deliver creative, technical solutions to complex problems and make critical decisions to more effectively drive business goals
Aggressively pursue next-level Salesforce certification career path development
