Job Description/Expectations: -Some agriculture knowledge preferred -Teachable/Willing to learn -Ability to evolve and adapt to changing business needs -Hospitality and respect towards customers and coworkers -Participate in providing customer service -Self-motivated -Building long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer -Represent Youngblood Tractor at the highest level Environment/Physical Requirements -Ability to work in a changing environment (phone, computer & lot work) -Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for -Mon-Fri 8-5 with rotating Saturdays required. -Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs. -Keeping a solid work pace within an in and outdoor work environment.
