You will lead, coach, guide and work with the development team to create industry leading frameworks, use developer tools to deliver with speed and quality. Basic qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering
• 8+ years of experience leading development teams and organizations
• 15+ years of experience working on mixed technology stack: Java, J2EE, Oracle, Cognos, Spring Boot
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience leading technical development products across all phases of its lifecycle, from prototyping through launch and beyond through growth phase and into maturity
• Experience using test automation, CI/CD to ensure high quality of software products
• Experience building core or foundational enterprise-level services
• Experience guiding distributed teams to deliver software through rapid iteration and with quality
• Ability to travel up to 10%
