Job Description & Requirements:
•Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/a sync
•Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, Unit Testing)
•Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
•Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
•Interact daily with business units and business owners to understand business processes and key requirements, proactively work to resolve client issues
•Perform application configuration, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
•Apply deep functional knowledge of Salesforce systems to customer needs and requirements
•Develop conversion and system implementation plans
•Recommend changes in configuration, maintenance, and standards
•Train user personnel in the use of the system
•Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations
•Identify current data gaps
•Prepare and analyze data conversion requirements
•Define system interface requirements
•Work directly and effectively with client implementation team Skill and Experience
Requirements:-
•4-6 years of experience in the field of CRM Systems
•At least 4 years of development experience, Code improvement on Sales force systems
•Sales force Sale cloud / lead management
•Apex and integrations (4-6 years' experience)
•Profiles and security
•FSL and Lightning Scheduler
•Lightning Web Components and front end development skills
•JAVASCRIPT, CSS+HTML
•Certified Platform Developer I and II preferred
•Demonstrated successful track record with Sales force system implementations is required
•Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills
•Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
•Excellent written and verbal communicate
