CocoHairCo is an innovative Hair and Makeup Salon in the Atlanta/Union City area. we have a select few booth rentals available as well as a commission option for make up artists & Hairstylists. The Hairstylists/Makeup artists represent Coco Hair Co and its ideals of service and quality to the customer. Employees must be ready to assist customers with purchasing hair or accepting hair service, and ensure that the customer's experience is a positive one. (Incentives & bonuses will be given). Professionalism and product knowledge are essential qualities for a successful Hairstylist/makeup artist .

Job Duties/Expectations:
Work in designated areas and approach all customers immediately. Intersell when necessary.
Achieve daily sales and clientelling plans.
Develop comprehensive product knowledge of our line of key products and services.
Exceptional focus and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Cordial/punctual
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Ensure each client receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, deep product knowledge, and honest advice
Present a well-stocked, clean and beautifully presented sales floor
Work ethic to Meet and Exceed sales goals
Apply makeup to suit the client's needs
Recruit new Customers
Ability to develop long term Clientele
Preferred But Not Required Qualifications include:
Ability to make sales
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
