Location: Atlanta, GA ( willing to work from client location)

Job Description
(L1 Tech Support Engineer - should have good communication skills and call taking background, exposure to US client)
1. Experience working with US client
2. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
3. Excellent Customer relationship
4. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
5. Good understanding / Knowledge of computer systems and network (firewall and switches), Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments
6. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
7. Knowledge of printer troubleshooting, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Outlook
8. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
9. Knowledge of ITIL and Incident management
10. Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
11. Ensure all issues are properly logged
12. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
13. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
14. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
15. Depot and Deskside support
16. VOIP Phone support
17. WDS preferable
