Job Description:
We are seeking an individual who is looking for a high paced, multitasking environment. You must be a quick learner, process driven, good with computer and have good decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all installations are to company standards and of the highest quality
First line of communication with our customers
Respond in a timely manner to all communication (text, calls, and e-mails)
Communicate with finance companies directly every day to discuss customers and issues.
Using different wiring websites to assist installers with the connection of wires for different vehicles
Shipping daily packages to our installers.
Facilitate low level Inventory management.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and internet navigation
Intelligent, driven, competitive, strong work ethic, high level of integrity
Available for shifts that vary between 8am-8p.m.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Any Automotive electrical experience is a plus, but not required
MECP or ASE certifications are a plus, but also not required
