IT Administrator Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for an IT Administrator with our industry leading client in Atlanta, GA. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with excellent benefits and 2-3 days a week work from home. We are looking for someone who has experience with servers, network infrastructure, help work key IT projects, be the escalation point for the support team, innovate the department and work tickets as needed. Key responsibilities include configuration and installation of computers, servers, and networking devices; maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software; and providing direct end-user support for all IT related issues. Documentation of network configurations and accurate recording of work performed are essential and routine tasks. Technician will cover support tickets Monday through Friday generally scheduled from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional after-hours support and projects will be required. Responsibilities:
Handle all escalated tickets or other events sent from the IT Support team
Install, configure, and maintain network
Responsible for maintaining all IT servers across the organization
Provision new servers using Terraform
Troubleshoot issues on the servers
Analyze current processes and systems and find ways to improve and make more efficient
Create and implement new technology
Complete security and risk audits
Vet new software security risks
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in IT support
Tier 2/3 level troubleshooting experience
Strong experience with Windows servers
Strong experience with Active Directory
Strong experience with Apple MacBook Pro and Mac OS
Strong experience with Office 365, Outlook, and SharePoint Online
