Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM Southwest Atlanta Area, Zip code 30336 (Fulton Industrial Area) Technical Assessments Required for all Applicants Successful candidate will work at our customer site in Southwest Atlanta, GA. This position requires occasional travel to multiple sites to ensure stability, availability, and security as well as project work, desktop support & hardware/printer support. This is a technology position with direct responsibility for the support, engineering, up-time and integrity of customer environments, specializing in virtualization, desktop/server systems and LAN/WAN appliances. Responsibilities also include server support, client ticket remediation, adherence to company and departmental process and procedures. Must communicate proactively with team, management, project management and clients to ensure issues and solutions are documented, clarified, effectively addressed, and resolved with appropriate urgency. Ensures client satisfaction, maintains accountability throughout resolution, including issue delegation or hand-off. This position will require occasional project work that will be scheduled after hours, weekends or holidays as well as occasional travel locally Requirements: Proven experience in the information technology field with:
Minimum 5 years working with Windows 7 – Windows 10 client workstations
Minimum 5 years working with Active Directory and Windows Servers
Minimum 5 years managing an Office 365 and/or Microsoft Exchange
Preferred 3 years managing VMware or comparable hypervisor environments
Minimum 2 years experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and wireless technologies
Minimum 2 years experience with hardware support, including printers (HP/Printronix/IBM/Laser/Lenovo/HP/Konica Minolta/Zebra and Tally Genicom)
Understanding of IT security concepts with malware, virus, ransomware remediation tactics.

Demonstrated organized self-motivator with daily tasks and projects
Deploy and manage Windows workstations and printer hardware
Administer Windows Servers, remedy issues as they arise and prevent recurrence of issues
Manage mail server and collaboration environments including Office 365 & on-premise Exchange
Manage Active Directory infrastructures including object management, security policies, group policies
Administer firewalls, switches, and wireless access points including SonicWall, Cisco Meraki Cloud devices
Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and service providers to establish new services and resolve stability and availability issues
