We’re looking to add a dependable apartment maintenance technician to support a local apartment community in Winder / Barrow County. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with hands-on, real work — ideal for someone who enjoys fixing things and wants steady, local hours.
Responsibilities
Apartment unit turns and make-ready work
Basic plumbing & electrical fixes
Appliance swaps and minor repairs
General property upkeep and service requests
Pay & Schedule

Local properties only — Winder area (no Atlanta traffic)
What We’re Looking For
Prior apartment maintenance, handyman, or trade experience preferred
