Learn and Earn in a New Real Estate Career for Georgia Students. Anyone anywhere may attend!
Starting August 10th - October 28th. Enter the real estate career completely online with a live online real estate instructor. Supported by Zoom. The last day of class is subject to change.

Final Testing Nov. 2nd and Nov 9th at a facility. Proctored testing will be arranged for students outside of 50 mile radius for in-person final testing. While students are unlikely to be charged, there may be a fee associated with proctoring the test for students unavailable to appear in Augusta, GA.
Classes offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-10pm. Each class will be exclusively online. The instructor will be available before and after each class.
Before class begins, you will receive an email with instructions to join us through the online platform. Students should expect to use Google Classroom, Google Drive, and Zoom Platform.
Each student should at all times during class expect to use a reliable internet connection with a camera for attendance.
By attending and passing a class test, each student will be eligible to sit for the state exam in Georgia. The class offers advantages in both online and classroom settings. Students will be able to take the class from the comfort of their own home while hearing live instruction without entering a classroom. To become licensed, the licensee would need an address in Georgia.
