Basic Function: Interacts positively in face-to-face service encounters with patients, families, and other patient care providers in a respectful, courteous, confidential, and caring manner. Demonstrates cooperation by offering assistance to faculty, residents, and other health care providers. Duties include meeting and greeting patients and guests, cashiering, patient check-in and check-outPosition RequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization. 2 years or more of experience in medical office/healthcare. Customer service, basic computer skills and MS Office.Preferred RequirementsAssociates degree. 2 years or more of experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
