Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.Summary:The Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) is the U.S. Army's force modernization proponent for Cyberspace Operations, Signal/Communications Networks and Information Services, and Electronic Warfare (EW), and is responsible for developing related doctrine, organizational, training, materiel, leadership/education, personnel, and facility solutions. A major aspect of the CCoE's mission is the training, education, and development of world-class, highly skilled Signal, Cyber, and EW professionals supporting operations at the strategic, operational, and tactical level.The G6 provides IT services support to all of the CCoE’s training and administrative platforms inclusive of but not limited to Cyber Security, Risk Management Framework (RMF), System Administration, Server Administration, System Engineering, Virtualization, Web Development, Automation, Programming/coding support, continuity of operations, and Service Desk functions. These services support approximately 24,000 end points consisting of physical and virtual servers, access points, wireless controllers, switches, and routers that provide classroom as a service using technologies such as VDI-MILS and Virtualization Technologies. This is provided on but not limited to 5 separate networks at this time UNCLASS, Classified, TS Classified, Commercial and a separate Audio-Visual Network as well as support requirements to various administrative networks i.e. NIPRNET and SIPRNET.The ERP Business Analyst will support the CCoE G6 in providing non-personal Information Technology (IT) support services to the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE)Responsibilities:The ERP Business Analyst provide an IT project management shop consisting of IT Project Management SME’s capable of coordinating and executing requirement gathering, and engineering a solution based upon best practices,

Army policies, current RMF inherited controls, and required system integrations.

Using ITIL, PMBOK, or other approved project methodology, develop Work Break Downs, Project plans, project charters, resourcing requirements documents, and other documents as necessary to accomplish a project upon Government approval.

Projects are expected to be received and supported at any stage/phase in the project cycle initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing tasks.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:​​​​​​You must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19An Active Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility

Required Certification(s): IAT II, ITIL Foundations

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution

10 Years with MA/MS or BA/BS with 12 yrs.

Proven leadership abilities to delegate tasks across a distributed team

Strong planning, problem solving, and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Independent thinking and decision-making skills

Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing customer requirements
