Edgar's Above Broad, the newest concept from Edgar's Hospitality Group, will be a fun rooftop bar and dining experience.
With its Airstream trailer, bocce ball court, putting green and oversized outdoor chessboard, Edgar’s Above Broad is designed to appeal to a younger demographic. And the operation’s affiliation with Goodwill’s Helms College will give culinary students a unique applied learning experience.
The nearly 200-seat indoor-outdoor eatery will provide a fast-paced complement to students’ fine-dining experiences at Edgar’s Grille and the private-club hospitality they provide at the Pinnacle Club.
The ideal candidate will:
Prepare food in accordance with club recipes and standards.
Sets up service units with needed items.
Prepares items that are ordered in accordance with established portions and presentation standards.
Notifies sous chef of expected shortages.
Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
Sets-up maintains and breaks down line station(s).
Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations.
Maintains the highest sanitary standards.
