Edgar's Above Broad, the newest concept from the Edgar's Hospitality Group, will be a fun rooftop bar and dining experience.
With its Airstream trailer, bocce ball court, putting green and oversized outdoor chess board, Edgar’s Above Broad is designed to appeal to a younger demographic. And the operation’s affiliation with Goodwill’s Helms College will give culinary students a unique applied learning experience.
The nearly 200-seat indoor-outdoor eatery will provide a fast-paced complement to students’ fine-dining experiences at Edgar’s Grille and the private-club hospitality they provide at the Pinnacle Club.
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Chef de Cuisine in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
Supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items
Develop and implement creative menu items
Plan, coordinate & implement special events and functions
Manage hourly kitchen employees through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating and hiring
Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
Qualifications
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
Strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service
A true desire to exceed guest expectations
