Customer Service/ Warehouse Associate
Immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service/ Warehouse Associate in Williston, SC.
We prefer someone with Quick Books, Warehouse experience and experience handling front desk / multiline phones in a fast pace environment.
This position is part-time with a flexible schedule. Mondays and Fridays are a must. Our location is open 9-5 Monday-Friday. We expect this position to work between 30 and 35 hours. Pay is $17 per hour.
Our perfect candidate will love engaging customers in person, by phone and email and closing sales, must handle a cash drawer, ability to count and measure, inventory reporting- accuracy is a critical and must have keen attention to detail.
You will ensure perfect and timely order fulfillment and payment collection utilizing Quick Books.
Will generate receiving reports for inbound materials and receipts for outbound.
Provide other general office support as needed.
Required skills and experience:
This position requires a high level of customer service and must be extremely detail oriented.
Familiarity with, and use of, general office equipment such as email, fax, scanning, copying, printers, and multi-line phones required.
Working knowledge of Quick Books to record sales receipts, invoices and applying payments.
Highly motivated and Confident, A Self-starter.
Able to handle multiple tasks at once and be flexible.
Excellent verbal phone skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
Excellent internet researching skills.
Exhibit fast and accurate data entry skills.
FORKLIFT and WAREHOUSE experience preferred.
