Position: Handyman Location: Augusta, GA
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repairs.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they escalate.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure tenant satisfaction and property safety.
Collaborate with property management teams to prioritize and coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized inventory of tools and supplies.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their concerns with professionalism.
Make recommendations for improvements to enhance property value and tenant experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
Proficiency in various maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
