RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Business Analyst in Brookhaven, GA.
Key Tasks:
Responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control
Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance
Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc.
Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results
Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience necessary
Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Revenue and Operating Expense Budgeting/Forecasting, Variance Analysis and Commentary, Accounting/Operating Cash Flow experience a plus
Contract Management
Extensive Excel (vlookups, index match formulas, pivot tables, ability to pull ad hoc data from internal databases, etc.)
Familiarity of SAP and/or Epicor ERP systems
Strong technical skills, ability to think through complex topics and provide recommendations
Change Management/Ability to identify and create/improve upon current processes
Ability to communicate and present to all levels of an organization
Ability to prioritize and pivot quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
