Ensures the college maintains an engaging, visible, and consistent employment brand across all candidate touch points (college website, ATS, job boards, social media platforms, etc). With a strong customer service orientation, partners with Hiring Managers throughout the entire recruitment life-cycle.Education/Skills RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred.

Proficient utilizing HR systems and technologies.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and creativity skills, along with a strong customer service focus.

Demonstrated proficiency in establishing rapport with various levels of applicants and clients.

Ability to manage multiple search requests and clients simultaneously.

Must be self-motivated and work well independently.

Willingness to work on both complex and high-level projects as well as day-to-day administrative tasks.Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents3+ years of high volume recruiting and interviewing experience, preferably in an education setting or similar work environment.A passion for, and extensive experience with social networking tools, search engines, and public databases.Proven success developing creative sourcing strategies.Working knowledge of employment policies, procedures, and best practices.Understanding of the sensitivity and importance of maintaining confidential information.Standard Work Days and HoursTypical hours are M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm.
