I am looking for an honest, trustworthy and hardworking person to help keep my home and property maintained. Duties would include landscape maintenance, mowing, edging, weed eater work, raking, weeding flower beds, etc. Pool maintenance, brushing, backwashing filter, check water condition etc. Pressure washing, sweep and blow off porches, driveways etc. Painting experience is a plus. Help with the pets, feeding, litter box, clean up after them etc. Handy man stuff as well. Occasional janitorial items. Daytime hours only, flexible hours up to 40 hours a week or less if desired. Flexible days up to 5 days a week or less if desired. Must pass a background check and be in adequate health to perform job duties.
