Position Overview:
Insetta Boatworks is seeking an experienced boat builder to fill the position of lamination/composite supervisor. Composite Supervisor is responsible for supervising the production of FRP parts. This position reports directly to the Production Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Supervise every aspect of closed mold FRP part production (mold prep, material cutting, gelcoat application, fabric and core application, bagging and infusion)
Responsible to maintenance and upkeep of equipment including gelcoat guns
Other Duties as Assigned by Management
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ Years Experience in frp production (gelcoat/lamination/bonding)
Strong mechanical background (preferred)
Experience in closed mold FRP production (resin infusion)
Ability to lift 50 pounds is required
