  • 6-month contract-to-hire

Must be local to Atlanta, Georgia
  • Onsite 5 days/week for first 3 months, then in office 2-3 days/week depending on projects

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform hardware & software troubleshooting and installation.
    • Provide technical support as requested or assigned. Respond to issues and questions regarding network hardware and software, including printers, digital senders, PCs, network communication pieces, and file servers.
    • Coordinate and assist with office equipment moves.
    • Monitor existing systems.
    • Assist in application roll-outs.
    • Work with HSOA on all network upgrades and maintenance.
  • Tier 2 support
    • Assist help desk staff with issues they can’t resolve
    • Develop knowledge of company business operations in order to meet the company information technology needs.
  • Perform end user support for assigned applications. Train end users on application use. Utilize information networks to promote technology, where appropriate.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
  • Qualifications
    Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
    Experience:
    • Four+ years of diverse technical experience, including experience with Share Point, Azure and networking basics.
    • Experience with end user support, and documentation of user manuals and procedures.
    Knowledge and Skills:
    • Strong computer skills; knowledge of current network protocols and server maintenance.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to plan and analyze, think creatively about solutions to business problems, and initiate and manage change.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
    • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
    • Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language.
