Expertise and Functions· Develop, review software engineering architecture, design, and coding· Perform research of, define, and document requirements for system-level software design documents· Lead software engineers, developers and programmers in embedded system design, development, and testing· Enforce CMMI Level 3 processes and provide process improvement feedback· Other duties as assignedRequirements·Education/Training
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required
Experience:5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
Full completion of multiple embedded software projects
C, C, RTOS, BSPs, Drivers
I/O protocols such as SCSI, MIL-STD-1553, Fibre Channel, and PCI
Interdisciplinary collaboration with Hardware/System Engineers
Military product design experience and standards a plus
Security:Must be a US citizen
Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
