10-15 Years Total Experience in Web Development/Java Spring MVC
3-4 Years of Implementing and Leading Hybris Commerce Projects- Preferably B2B. B2C Hybris experience can be substituted.

Expected Skills:

Solid Spring MVC Code Development experience.
Hybris Commerce Certified Developer
Agile Project Experience

Responsibilities:

Hands-on Code Development in Hybris Commerce
Onsite Coordinator for Offshore resources
Needs to be flexible with work hours- to coordinate with offshore.
Accountable for quality and timeliness of offshore development
Should be able to resolve and address any conflicts with offshore team
