Must Have Microsoft Suite Job Description Responsible for conducting training programs as well as organizing and coordinating learning activities. Must deliver informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective while applying a variety of learning technologies to address specific learning needs.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities • Manage the learning environment, prepare for training delivery, and convey objectives while aligning learning solutions to learner needs. • Must be able to establish credibility as an instructor and create a positive learning climate. • Ensure learning outcomes by facilitating, encouraging participation, building learner motivation, and delivering constructive feedback. • Use technology effectively across different areas of expertise and identify when and how to use technology as a training and development. • Coordinate, organize, and communicate learning opportunities for and with stakeholders • Collect learning KPIs as defined by the organization.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. • Must have previous training experience, classroom training a plus • Must possess excellent organizational, presentational, and time management abilities, along with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Must have a global mindset and a customer focus. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
