Description: Our client is currently seeking a Mobile IT Support Specialist
This job will have the following responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Pre-Implementation:
Responsible for providing user and company-wide mobile technology support.
Communication with suppliers and vendors and management of purchase order process.
Inventory control and reporting.
Technology deployment.
Post-Implementation:
24x7 support, flexibility for night and weekend work as well as travel to satellite offices.
Maintains company policies related to mobile technologies.
Monitoring of system performance and reliability.
Ongoing training within NEMT Provider network.
End user support.
Device management (upgrades, patches, device tracking).
Development of specifications for system enhancements.
