Title: Test Automation Lead (DevOps environment) Location: Remote to start, then Columbus\Columbia, GA Role: FTE Key Responsibilities
Driving, managing, and facilitating key DevOps activities and automation across the project.
Creating the Release Pipelines for execution using Cloud such as Azure DevOps or AWS and containers such as Docker.
Analyzing the automation requirements and developing automation suites using Selenium, UFT or Postman.
Managing, mentoring, and supporting the team from technical as well as project management perspective.
Competencies:
Exposure in managing the project and team.
Experience in Cloud such as Azure DevOps and using Containerization such as Docker for CI/CD
Hands-on experience in creating release pipelines for Test Automation Execution in DevOps utilizing Docker.
Hands-on experience in Web, Desktop, API automation using multiple test automation tools including Selenium, UFT and Postman.
Hands-on experience in multiple frameworks and design patterns such as TestNG Framework, Robot Framework, Page Object Model with Page Factory.
Should have used distributed version control system such as Git/GitHub.
Should be able to understand multiple types of Integration Architecture.
Sound working knowledge of Quality Engineering processes, methodologies and framework across SDLC
Good exposure on SDLC Metrics & Measurement
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with client, at all levels, and third parties (business & development partner and Infrastructure teams.
Ability to develop strong relationships with client at all level and with third parties.
Ability to demonstrate innovation and creativity.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Qualification:
Engineering Graduate with 10+ years of Software Quality Engineering experience
