Get involved in real-estate with a firm that has been in the business for over 10 years. Our main focuses are sales and rentals, although we also provide consultation for construction services. In relation to recent growth in the sector, we’re opening a vacancy for the position of Independent Consultant.
The firm is client-oriented, meaning that we cater to the individual desires of each client. Everything begins and ends with the client’s seal of approval. All aspects must be taken into account to ensure client satisfaction and improve turnover. Field experience is welcomed, although we’ll teach you our specific approach through the course of our training program. If you consider yourself to be a ‘people-person’ and have the ability to think on your feet, then this position would suit you.
COMPENSATION
Independent Consultant(s) are compensated with a monthly salary of $3500, in addition to 3% commission. Commission is paid in real-time and is based off of the value of a closed contract. The salary itself, medical benefits and bonuses are made available after the successful completion of the training program.
JOB DUTIES
Your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to; reviews and active oversight of contracts, composition of invoices, provision of status reports and the establishment of positive client relations, as well as their maintenance.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
The factors that will contribute to your approval and to your success are well-developed communication skills, intermediate computer knowledge, client focus and the ability to make informed decisions based on factors at-hand.
During the first month of work (paid training), you’ll work hand-in-hand with our team of professionals to ensure that you are up to par.
