Are you a person who used to smoke cigarettes and have been diagnosed with a mental health condition such as depression or anxiety?
Do you have a family member or other loved one who regularly takes care of you and would like to share their caregiving story as well?
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Tips From Former Smokers® campaign has been successful because of people like you. For every person who dies because of smoking, at least 30 people live with a serious smoking-related illness. Everyone’s story is different, but they all started with a cigarette.
If you’ve quit smoking and have been diagnosed with a smoking-related health condition, we want to hear your story. Each person who is hired will be compensated for their time with a one-time payment of $2,500.
If you’d like to share the story of how your life has changed because of a smoking-related health condition, please respond to this post with your name and email by May 14th, 2021. Or contact us at: http://www.JoinCDCTips.org
