Production Support Job Responsibilities:
* Assist with production line operations to mass produce automotive components or automobiles
* Work with colleagues to resolve quality issues and implement repair/ containment procedures for recurring defects
* Follow all company safety, quality, efficiency and cost reduction practices
Production Support Highlights:
* Temp-to-Hire
* 3rd shift with ROTATING schedule
* Pay starts at $13.00-13.60/hour
* $500.00 Retention Bonus at 6 months
* Progressive pay plan - wage increases every 6 months
* Upon permanent hire, earn $15.64-$26.00/hour!

Production Support Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Must be able to work rotating 3rd shift schedules
* Minimum of 5 years of verifiable work history or education
* Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
* Any work experience in a manufacturing or an industrial environment is helpful, but not required
