Job description: Property management company is seeking a Community Manager for a mobile home community located in Columbus, GA. This is a full-time, hourly wage position based in Columbus, GA. This company offers a BENEFITS package that includes health/dental insurance, vacation pay, 401K, and a great opportunity for advancement.
Hourly position Mon-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm, $15 to start.
The ideal candidate would be:
Organized - organizational skills are essential!
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel (helpful)
Able to work with a wide range of current residents
Proactive and takes pride in a job well done
Takes initiative and demonstrates attention to detail
Must be a quick learner and adapt to changing situations
General knowledge of accounts receivable and payable
Able to learn property management software, process applications, and generate leases
Able to collect payments, issue receipts, and manage work orders
Skilled at working with onsite maintenance and property vendors
Maintain impeccable grounds and resident lots, by issuing rules and regulations violations
Manage and resolve complaints in a timely fashion
Applicants must be able to pass a background check, a drug test, and hold a valid driver's license
