Experienced Maintenance Tech needed for apartment community. You must have maintenance skills to include but not limited to appliance, electrical, plumbing, and miscellaneous repairs. HVAC experience with EPA certification is a plus but not required. The job would require you to be on-call on a rotating schedule with the other maintenance techs. We're looking for a team player with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The position requires that you have your own basic tools, a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
