We have a portfolio of residential properties in and around Newnan (within 80 miles) and Columbus, and have a need for a full time handyman as well as an exterior and interior painter. This is not a bidding job for a "project"but a fulltime job to do what is necessary to rehab a portfolio of houses.
We have an immediate need for a fulltime or contract painter on 2 propertiesbut if you also have handyman experience, we can keep you busy for a long time.
We have jobs located in Sharpsburg, Senoia, Warm Springs, and Cedartown.
If you're tired of constantly searching for the next job, we can get you working full time. You will work independently or part of a 2-3 person team, and report to our project manager, who oversees all of our projects.
You must have at least 10 years professional experience in both drywall repair/prep and painting. Additional handyman experience would be given preference.
