Technical Recruiter to join our growing team based in Cumming, GA office. We need a passionate, friendly, individual who strives for excellence in providing excellent services to meet our recruiting needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Required around 1 to 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• You will lead the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendation, negotiation, and offer acceptance
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber IT and NON-IT candidates through online social networking, job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources
• Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities. Work closely with other team members to drive recruiting process for client teams; from sourcing to closing offers.
• You will partner with cross-functional team members on matters related to onboarding, benefits, logistics etc.
• Possess a can-do attitude with a sense of urgency and meeting submittals deadlines.
• General knowledge of various employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experienced with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills.
