Job Duties & Responsibilities
Process Monthly Invoices - Complete payments and manage expenses by receiving, verifying, and processing monthly invoices in a timely manner
271210 Suspense Moves - Analyze suspense account during month end and provide appropriate accounting to finance team
Telecom - Oversee several Information Technology telecommunications accounts by tracking/processing payments monthly
Renewals - Manage 200+ Information Technology software renewals
Software Installations - Handle company-wide software installation mailbox and all software requests accordingly
Work Summary (HOHP) - Pull work summary report and send shortfall reminder emails to managers weekly
Net New SW/HW Requests - Process all net new software and hardware requests for Information Technology
Required Qualifications
Some college experience is preferred
Experience with Excel, MSWord, Access and PowerPoint is required
