As a Lead Software Engineer in Architecture on the Labs Data and Model Architecture/Engineer team, your focus will be on enabling ML Life-cycle and Data platforms for a wide variety of users. What you'll do:
Work with high volume and high performance software designs
Work with new or emerging technology to advance our Data and Model Platform offerings
Work with peers, leaders, and the business to engineer solutions that impact our business's ability to grow and serve customers
Bring ideas informed by experience and the industry, turn them into experiments you lead with the goal that they advance our business capabilities
Translate complicated software topics for partners
Work and/or coordinate with other products in Labs to ensure we are balancing being informed vs where we need to influence
Create, contribute, or optimize infrastructure design when needed
Qualifications

Required technical skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related data field or equivalent work experience and certifications
Minimum of 3 years' work experience in a business environment
Experience in large, complex service environments both highly coupled and highly decoupled.
Experience designing solutions on AWS
Experience leading software engineers
Strong understanding of software design and principles (security, testing, quality)
Ability to manage multiple streams of work efficiently
